“I had called to ask if they had a giant dumpling because we had gotten one from another location and it was popped when we opened it. The associate explained they had one left, I asked if they would put it aside for me to come get it right away and she said yes! My kids and I rushed there and she had it right behind the counter! My kids were so excited and this one wasn’t popped. This store was also more organized than the other one and seemed to have more stuff! Ended up buying more stuff while there that the other location didn’t have. Thank you associate number 826350 from the Geneva location!”

I walked in for 1 thing and as many of us do ended up with 10 things in my hands- he sprang right into action and gave me a basket right away without us asking and helped me find items attentively and with such conviction I was very impressed. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in so long. Give this man a raise !”
