Ive been a Verizon customer for over a decade. And thanks to this store I intend to continue to be a loyal customer. The staff here is incredibly friendly and patient with any issues, upgrades, or questions I have. Moe has been amazingly patient in assisting with adding lines and working through my account plans. Thanks to all the wonderful staff here at this location!

Extremely poor customer service and management! The sales manager Moe was very rude, during our conversation he continuously smashed the new phone on the table as he escalated. Multiple workers were gathered in the back room and this sales manager Moe went back there to rant on about my sale. Zero professionalism!

Tyler at Verizon is great! He helped me this morning with fixing my broken screen. AND, my international calling on another line. Tyler and Moe both made sure my daughter had calling while she was traveling out of the country. This is the place to go!

Great customer service! I had an issue with my Google watch and had spent hours on the phone with Verizon customer service. Verizon customer service sent me two replacement watches and we're not very knowledgeable in setting up my watch. Their quick solution was two send me a replacement rather than trying to diagnose the problem. Verizon customer service set up an appointment for me at the Verizon corporate store in South Elgin, but they weren't familiar with Google watches. I decided to stop at the store where I purchased the watch and spoke to Tyler who was able to fix the issue with my watch battery draining in four to five hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He is very knowledgeable, patient and customer oriented. That's more than I can say for Verizon customer service and the corporate store in South Elgin.

This store owner tried to sell me a SIM card for $20 when my preexisting one failed for no reason.
I went to an actual Verizon store on Randall Rd and they charged me nothing.

Griffin was awesome! My grandson dropped my phone in the toilet this morning, and I was heartborken! I didn't know what to do next, so I went to my local Verizon store. Griffin met me at the door and helped talk me through the next steps. He helped me get a new phone for a great price, and since I couldn't transfer any data, he took the time to manually go through my app history and make sure I had all of my apps back!
