I was dropping off my car rental next door to this nail salon. When I was picking up my car rental on Sunday, I enquired to the florist next door. I was told that business is not a florist but a nail salon. They had so many plants in the window, I assumed.
On my way out of the car rental location today, I realized I was not able to fit in a pedicure anywhere in my agenda. Not at any time. I decided to take advantage of my free time and see if I could get into a chair anytime soon. I could and I did! As soon as I walked in the door I remember stopping in here for a pedicure when they first opened up business, at this location, over 12 years ago. They are still here and going strong. In this day and age of technology it is so refreshing to come across a salon that welcomes walk in customers. I was promptly seated and choose my color. While being treated I observed two other customers stop in without an appointment. They were away from home for a wedding. They too were promptly serviced. The price I was charged for a basic pedicure was not as pricey as most places I frequent. The service was quick. I was made comfortable. The surroundings are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The lighting was just bright enough, and muted enough to be relaxing. Nice massaging, lotions, hot water, hot towels, check, check, check. I liked that they had cloth hand towels for the customers to use in which to dry our hands in the bathroom. Things were quiet. Not like a library quiet but soothing and able declutter my senses quiet. After all pedicures are, and should be, a destressing, relaxing experience.
Once my polish had set, I was not rushed to pay or exit. Which is my experience everywhere else I frequent. I did notice they have a room for full body massage.
In the future I will keep in mind, when dropping off my car rental next door, to leave time to pop in for a pedicure at Versailles Nail Spa.

I’ve gotten multiple dip manicures and they turn out great every time. I can always goes 3-4 weeks in between with no cracks, no lifting, no peeling, no issues. All the staff is so friendly too! The price is always consistent also, which I can’t say for all nail salons.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Versailles Nail Spa. I’ve been coming here for 6 years, and have loved every experience. I even had my wedding nails done here. Kay, the owner, is so sweet, and she has created a fantastic staff, and relaxing environment that you want to come back to again and again. Get the Volcano Pedicure. Thank me later! 😊

I’ve been seeing Kathy for a while now and she is just amazing! She takes her time and is very detailed and is honestly just so sweet! 10/10 recommend Kathy and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons!

I’ve been going to Kathy for maybe 8 months now for acrylic nails and love her! The nails last so long every time. I can go 4 weeks between appointments and the nail won’t lift at all and none have fallen off. Kathy is very honest and real with you and tells me if a shape won’t look good with my fingers and help me pick what will. Recently I’ve been getting their new cat eye polish and have absolutely loved it!

I’ve gone here multiple times and have had different people they’re all fantastic. I got a honey princess pedicure with Nick and it was the best I’ve ever had. He’s very detailed and thorough.

First of all, this woman owned business is amazing!! I absolutely love the owner. She's the only one I personally go to and if she's booked, I wait for her. Excellent quality, personality, surroundings and price.

I've been going here for a couple years now and I love the whole staff! I always get the honey princess pedi and the pedicures last me over a month until i have to go back. No chipping and I love being here to come and unwind whenever i just need some zen or a self care day. The salon is filled with real plants which i adore and everyone is so kind and takes their time!

I love it here I've had 4 or 5 different people service me there in about a year and I might have some favorites technician style wise but overall I've never gotten a bad set from here. The space always feels clean and they've always took me in as a walk in. I like trying new places but Versailles is my go to!

My experience with this salon was quite disappointing on multiple fronts. The men's manicure I received felt rushed, lasting only 10 minutes when it should have taken at least half an hour. To add to the dissatisfaction, the technician used a drillbit to file my cuticles, resulting in noticeable scratches on my nail bed. Moreover, the overall hygiene was questionable - the technician was not observed washing her hands, and I was not asked to wash mine either. This lack of attention to hygiene, combined with the rushed service and subpar results, leaves me unable to recommend this salon for anyone seeking a quality and sanitary manicure experience. I must acknowledge that the owner/manager, 'K,' demonstrated genuine concern and was apologetic about the subpar service I received. In an effort to make amends, 'K' took steps to correct the situation and even went above and beyond by completely comping my entire manicure. While I appreciate the owner's responsiveness, I must caution that this place might be better suited for women's manicures. If you're a guy seeking a basic manicure... go elsewhere!!!
