I use this pharmacy from time to time and had never had a good experience. To put it bluntly, they don't know how to serve their customers and do not care. I spent hours trying to get hold of someone to straighten out a medication. Won't be using them any more.

Extremely disappointed in this pharmacy. Rude and unprofessional.Update. Make sure to check the medicine you buy. My toddler has a fever and my husband brought back expired Tylenol for infants. I have never had an encounter with a walgreens with not only a horrible pharmacy, but now expired medicine. This time I’m not coming back.

The woman working the counter at 10:40am is a gem and must be protected at all costs.(Her name started with an I, unfortunately I forgot ?♂️)She is so friendly and genuine it warms my heart.Thank you for making my day ❤️

Made an appointment for a vaccine. Website said you will not be turned away regardless of insurance status. They turned me away with no hesitation despite pointing this out. What a waste of time.

Slow service, a horrible automated system, no updates on prescriptions that are delayed or on back order, unsympathetic employees, poor customer service.

We have been using the pharmacy at this Walgreens for years and watched it slowly decline. In the last several months it has become intolerable. We go to pick up an RX that they say isn't there only to call a few days later only to be told it's been there all along. They don't follow up when your prescription is ready so when you have to call, you're stuck with that long message and prompts of several minutes that have absolutely nothing to do with your call. I have most of my prescriptions thru a less expensive mail in program, even with insurance, unfortunately not all meds are included and my insurance requires Walgreens

The employees here are very nice and conversational, along with being very helpful when I need to find specific items in store. Best Walgreens in town to be sure!

Had invasive foot surgery 5/26. Dropped off script for pain meds at around 530, daughter went back to pick it up at around 830, came home and told me the pharmacist said the doctor filled the script out incorrectly and as it's a narcotic there's nothing they can do. Immediately called the on call and explained the situation, ridiculous amount of back and forth and my pharmacist is on the phone with the doctor. WHY LO AND BEHOLD! My script was mislaid. WHY NOT JUST OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE??? They then had the audacity to tell me that if my daughter wasn't there in 2 minutes they were closing! What kind of business does this!? I give them the credit that they stayed open until my daughter arrived, that's it. They smeared my doctors reputation, added undo stress to an already stressful situation and were overall HIGHLY unprofessional.

I typically have positive experiences here. The staff overall seems fine, and the "youngish" girl I've dealt with (twice) in the photo department is friendly with a pleasant attitude, and seems happy to make recommendations. I go to the pharmacy every 3 months or so, and while they aren't lighting fast (which I attribute to employers finding it difficult to get qualified help), have seemed knowledgeable. Super friendly? Well no, but they're probably overworked and understaffed. Can't be easy for them. I've gotten a vaccine here, by appointment, and did not have to wait very long, and the person who administered the shot was nice and efficient.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. No help. Clearance item price it says on item when you go to register to check out. Cashier says it's regular price even tho you show them Clearance tag They do not care. And give rude unprofessional answer. Very poor customer service.would not go there again. Seems like they would like keep item for themself.

I was absolutely baffled as I was the next customer in line, standing a foot away from the register and patiently waiting my turn while the previous customer left, when the employee (Suzanne) called over the next customer behind me, who was a USPS worker buying personal items.She allowed her to cut in line because she wanted the USPS worker to take a package with her, and completely ignored the fact that I was already standing there waiting with my wallet out ready to buy my items.It was the absolute rudest thing, with no apology from either person.Had I not needed money over at that moment, I would have walked out.You can guess that I won't be shopping here again.
