This was an out right horrible experience. I live in Elgin and work in st.charles. came here today to collect some funds a relative sent from Canada during lunch. And this went south.... I could not tell if it was because I am black or a new process in place... I came to collect... they asked for my ID which is standard EVERYWHERE. They then asked me to confirm my address 3 times which started to raise red flags.. then they asked me to register and need my social security number and employers phone number..... this was ludacris. I told them this is not going to happen, cancel this and I will go to where I normally pick up in my city of Elgin without giving my entire life details.
