My happy place. I drive over an hour away to come here when I want nice yarn! The selection is incredible and the setup is so gorgeous and neat. I could browse for hours every time I come here! They have every fiber, color, and weight you could ever need. Yarn lover's paradise!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying anything online from any company.6 weeks ago I placed an order and their website said that the yarn I wanted would take 1-2 weeks to ship.4 Weeks ago I hadn't heard anything from them and didn't have the yarn. So I left two voicemails and sent two emails. Everything was ignored. Finally that Friday I get an email from Zendesk (which is the customer support software that they use) saying that my support ticket was closed without a response. I responded to that email asking why my messages were being ignored. They finally responded with "While typically Cascades special orders take around 1-2 weeks, it can take longer due to manufacturer availability." I wish I had known that they were having issues with manufacturer availability but it took 4 weeks, 2 voicemails and 3 emails to get that knowledge.Its week 6 now and still no yarn. Who knows if they'll respond to my email I sent today.Honestly this has been the worse customer experience I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. How can a company take my money, give absolutely no updated, ignore multiple messages and leave customers in the dark waiting.Awful experience. Shop ANYWHERE else.7 - They refunded me because they still haven't received the yarn. Oh and the yarn in question still says 1-2 weeks on their website. So buyers beware.

Beautiful huge yarn shop. The associates are very helpful and they let you look around to your hearts content. Plus they also have a website for online shopping since I live in Tennessee.

I’ve only ordered online. I crochet wool scarves for soldiers in Ukraine, so I really appreciate the quick shipping and arrival of my orders. I love the free shipping too! I hope to visit the store one day

I recently found Wool and Company and…WOW! Their website is beautifully designed and easy to navigate. The photos clearly show the color and and textures of the yarn and the descriptions detailed. The sheer number of brands they carry is fantastic and impressive. But their customer service? Off the charts fabulous! Friendly, responsive and professional. I experienced a problem with an order and within minutes it was solved beyond my expectations.If you’re on the fence about ordering from them, jump off now! Definitely my go-to from now on. I recommend them without reservation. Only caveat is once you see the photos of the b&m store? OMG! It has me drooling!

I drive an hour and a half to get to the store. Boy is it worth the drive. I've never left dissapointed. Whether fixing a mistake or purchasing new projects I always leave satisfied. Wish u were closer buts my only complaint.

I purchased yarn from Wool & Company website for the first time, primarily because they offered good prices. The yarn arrived quickly, which was great. However, a month later, I received a $65 bill from UPS, even though the yarn only cost $140, and I had already paid for shipping. When I contacted customer service, I was told that it was my problem. This has been a very negative experience, and I would never buy anything from them again.All they needed to do is to choose a proper shipping.

Every day I grieve knowing that I'm an hour and a half drive from Wool & Co. - the only place where you know you'll walk out with everything you need for your project. I always need bizarre yarns and obscure needle sizes, and they've always had whatever I needed, in stock at the store. They're brilliant and can help you when you get stuck or need help selecting yarn. Then they have a great area where you can knit a swatch in-store to test your gauge! It's the most amazing place ever!PLEASE open one in the city!!!!

I’ve only purchased online, but I always get yarn in a timely manner. They have a lovely selection of yarn at what I consider competitive prices. I wish I lived closer, but that might be dangerous for me!
