About Ageless Fitness-Staunton

We are Staunton's 6,000 square foot 24-hour fitness center that caters to all ages and fitness levels. Our members have fun and get results made possible by our 24/7 access to the facility and free group fitness and wellness classes. We have something for everyone: treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, rowers, machines, dumbbells, free weights, ab and agility equipment, cardio ropes, indoor tire, punching bag, group classes, and personal training.
