CVS in Staunton is the best! They will help you find the best price available on RXs even if insurance won’t cover it. Employees are super friendly and helpful!

checked online and it said the store was open on a Saturday morning, but when I got there it was closed with no warning for some kind of town event.

Rebecca at the counter is so kind and patient with little kids- my toddler was having sort of a rough day and we still left with a smile and a bunch of stickers.

It is impossible to speak to someone in the pharmacy The phone system they have is a joke! We are seriously considering changing pharmacies They always have to order and we end up having to drive there to speak to someone we do not want to use the app!

The pharmacy dept are the best, always go out their way to help. They are always super super busy but are always smiling and helpful.Made the switch from W to them and they made it so simple. Thanks guys keep up the great work and customer service.

I send this review solely to the pharmacy department. The sheer out right rudness of Casey and employees behind the desk there is astonishing!I can not believe a company handling prescriptions would allow such an mean and incompetent person and or people to handling customers needs, let alone fill prescriptions accurately, some how they always get lost or its sent in too early by the PCP and is not filled. Plus No One Ever Contacts You. I have never had this experience with Walgreens. Frankly no one deserves this woman's abuse. Shame on you CVS for keeping people that are rude and argue with customers!

Pharmacist, I encouraged, was very rude. Told me to go somewhere else for my flu shot. Went to Sullivan's and received excellent service.

Do not get medications filled here, if you have been on something similar they will call your primary and basically say your drug seeking.
