We have truly enjoyed seeing the teacher of the year nominations and being able to vote each day !! Our daughter is in the top 20 and she deserves this recognition so much !! I had a few problems with my aging modem, called them up, super nice, and they advised me to swap it out with them. The tech had the box waiting, with printed, highlighted and hand written notes for me to do the swap. It made it easy and very helpful. Always pleasant when I speak with them.

Always have fast excellent Internet service, even during storms! Not many services can provide that!
