If you have to go to the counter for any reason, the clerk(s) have horrible mannners/attitudes, they seem offended just by the fact that you are there much less need something.

Rude staff member. I don’t know his name. Receipt says Clerk 08. It was an absolute inconvenience for him to wait on us. Retire already so the next generation has a chance at a federal job.

The gentleman that waited on me was extremely nice & helpful, he helped me decide which was better shipping flat rate box or priority box mail.

I typically have no complaints w my mail service. However, my mail carrier took it upon himself to assume I no longer wanted my mail delivered to my house when 2 other residents had their mail forwarded. He had all of my mail returned to sender without any attempt to ask me. No notification at all. Simply "return to sender." Lazy. This was around tax season, so who knows where my tax information is. When I placed a request to see where my mail is, the mail carrier was completely unapologetic of his actions and was nice enough to mansplain how to place a forwarding address. I didn't want my mail forwarded. The ego is large w the men of Edwardsville USPS. It's only the fault of the recipient of the mail in Edwardsville.

Keep getting other people's mail and when I turn it in back to them they act like they are mad. NEWSFLASH ITS NOT MY JOB TO GET THE MAIL IN RIGHT SPOT !!!!!

When the female postal worker always delivers promptly, but the man we usually have takes longer because he's busy talking to people. We often get things from other people or don't get our deliveries. On a federal scale, you can drop off something at the office and it may take over a week or more to get to the location, especially now that they've reduced delivery days, yet prices and taxes keep going up for everyone.

The post office in general is a good post office but just a 6" snow has shut them down and I haven't had any delivered mail since last Saturday and it is Wednesday evening now. What ever happened to neither rain or snow, hail or wind can slow us down?

Never sent a package before and went in to send a small one to my sister. Lady at the counter was super rude, pretty much treated me like I was stupid and openly complained about it busy. I'll do the travel time to a different USPS next time.

not sure if the woman's name, but my mom just told me she went to the post office to mail a package to my sister & her family in florida and the worker was totally hateful towards her for no reason. as my mom was leaving an older man was outside and told my mom "don't worry that lady is always like that" my mom felt like throwing up. 🙄
