“Ken was great. He helped me with a desktop I built a few years ago. During a software update, I had accidentally changed some BIOS settings that prevented me from booting up. In a short amount of time, with very fast response; Ken was able to straighten things out. His pricing was fair, and drop off/pickup of my hardware at his location was very easy. I now have Ken available on the phone and Teams if any future problems pop up.”
