I had the very unfortunate experience of having to visit this worthless two bit shop today on behalf of one of my clients. I introduced myself and explained that I needed to take photos of one of the cars on this lot. The person in charge went out of his way to be as rude nasty and unprofessional as he possibly could be. He refused to allow me to do my job in taking the required photos of the car in question and was verbally abusive. I have never been tested this poorly in my life by a body shop before. As a result I have recommended to my client that she not do business with this pathetic excuse for a body shop and hopefully this shop will be going out of business sooner than later. Going out of business would be a fine example of addition by subtraction as far as the town of Steger goes. Hopefully prospective customers read this review before entrusting their cars to the unprofessional sleaze balls that run this joint.

Matt Nydam went out of his way to make sure our car was fixed right using only factory parts! Our car was pretty smashed and he got it looking brand new again! Not even 6 months later a girl smashed it again! Once again he got it looking brand new I highly recommend him!! He’s a great guy and so is his wife she works the front desk Super nice folks!!

I have had several vehicles repaired at nydams, including a large lift truck no one else was willing to deal with. They do outstanding work. I find their honesty to be above reproach ,a rare commodity in today's world.
