Shout Out to Cladiole Taala the Retail Banking Officer was over the top with providing service. She was patient, helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable while working with. This individual was very accommodating given my current health limitations she happily assisted me by allowing me to remain seated while she handled the needs. Cladiole Taala you are the best!! Do not bank with these people! They’ve blocked us out of our checking account for weeks with no reason. Extremely rude when trying to get answers of what’s going on with our own money. Fraud department takes up to a week to get ahold of. Now they’re saying they have a nation wide problem with accounts getting unfrozen which sounds like a lie, since no one else is having this issue that I know of. I’m 2 weeks late on my rent and they have no solutions other than to waiting for whenever it gets resolved. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and EIC as well.

Ryan Harwell was a super star in helping me get my Zelle app to work. I've been struggling to get it operational for over a year. For some unexplained reason. It stopped functioning. After numerous visits to two different branches, Ryan was able to spot the problem and get me up and running again. Yay, Ryan!! Thank you, thank you.

Love this bank! I got my mortgage loan through them. First time home owner they explained everything to me through the whole process. They even suggested a relator I used. They helped me set up savings accounts for my kids too! Wonderful people!

Bank employees were friendly and helpful I only wish thier computer software was as helpful. We needed to add one person to a business account and it took 45 mins and at one point 3 people working on the screen. Otherwise a good experience

I came to use the coin machine and one of the tellers suggested I open an account here and then explained the benefits. I met Julie and she was so pleasant and even sent a card when I was recovering from hip surgery. The level of customer service here is amazing! I transferred some of my funds from my other bank and consider this my primary bank. There is a home town feel for this place. My only regret is that I did not find this treasure sooner! Don’t ever change!
