They charged the price they say they would . $250 for a control arm with ball joint replacement both sides. Dropped off at 10:40am and picked up at 2:30 . Same day appointment. They even filled my tires and I didn't have to ask them too and they actually checked out every issue mentioned and didn't charge extra

A friend recommended I take my one of my antique cars to RPM for the car was leaking antifreeze, leaking brake fluid, exhaust hanger came loose/rusted away, and the key buzzer. Spoke to Paul, the owner who appeared to be knowledgeable. After an inspection of the car, the shop stated the car needs a timing chain due to an oil leak coming from the timing chain cover, front shocks and a few other items. After the work was completed and I picked up the car, the antifreeze leak and brake fluid leak was repaired, front shocks replaced. The exhaust hanger was repaired/replaced, but the tailpipe was not aligned with the other exhaust pipe (dual exhaust). The key buzzer was not repaired due to the shop forgot and that item, and I noticed the timing was late, due to the timing chain being replaced. While driving driving home, I noticed when I step on the brakes, the front drivers wheel was locking up. I took the car back to and addressed the brake, exhaust, timing, and key buzzer issues. Paulcalled me a couple of day later stating , Russ went through and checked out the brake system and stated everything checked out fine, stated maybe the car may need a proportioning value. I asked did they order it, stating “it’s a hard part to order, but if you order it, we’ll throw it on for you”. I asked “ if I can order it, why can’t the shop order it and will that fix the problem”? Paul and Russ stated that’s a start. The key buzzer was the same excuse, can’t order it, but if find one, they’ll put it in for me. The key buzzer was left in my console. We’ll, I had to contact a couple of old school mechanics I’ve known for quite a few years. Come to find out, the brakes need to be bleed and a caliber was needed. The timing was a little late and was reset. If Russ went through the brake system, why couldn’t he noticed the caliber need replaced and the timing was off.You try to help out some of the small businesses in the community, but that doesn’t always work out.I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone for car repair.Services: Exhaust

I have a vintage car and it takes a lot for me to entrust the repairs of my vehicle to mechanics. From the moment I first met Paul I could tell he was very knowledgeable and genuine. I brought my car in for some steering adjustments and just as Paul promised, they did an amazing job. I then brought my car back to them for some other adjustments and repairs and they not only fixed them, but took the time to point out a few other issues my car had and repaired those issues as well. The staff here is great, friendly, and they really take the time to show and explain any repairs that are needed. The prices are reasonable and more than fair. They will continue to get my business as I will be bringing my other cars here as well. They treated my vintage car with the delicate care that I wanted. Thank you Paul, Jim, Russ, etc for a job well done. ?
