They charge me $2750 for seal coating to cover an area less than 4000 sq ft and they left a whole side of the building about 300 ft not finished. I learned my lesson. Even the village inspector criticized the work and called it low quality and should have not paid more than $1000-$1500!For the next building, I just hired couple of handy guys and cost me less than $1000 for similar area and the job came out better.I would not hire them again! Hire a professional company only after you see their work! And it’s ok to pay a little extra

My driveway was in bad shape, the sealcoating done by another company had lasted only 3 years, my 'dips' were starting to erode thru the asphalt forcing me to add 2 layers of crack fill to stop the erosion. Shawn came to give me an estimate and recommended a double coating of sealant. The first coat he brushed on using a heavy mixture, later in the day when it was dry he sprayed a second layer on. The driveway is now heavily sealed and should be good for many years. The price was reasonable and he was prompt and courteous. I would recommend Sunny for sealcoating and/or repairing your driveway.
