“This was the best car buying experience EVER! I did my application online the day prior to going to the dealership. I knew exactly what car I wanted which was a 2022 Ford Edge. Chuck called me with numbers and asked when could I come in. A little concerned about my credit I was hesitant to saying yes but I went in the next day. When my family and I pulled up the vehicle was out front waiting for a test drive. I handed over my drivers license and took it for a spin. I was in looovvveeee. I provided all required documents through email which made it even easier. I was in and out in less than 2 hours!!! I worked with Dominic and Chuck…great guys! Great cars! Great environment! “First I want to thank Cris from Cassical Gas on working with me and being patient while I waited for my check to clear. I purchased a 1968 Impala SS convertible. Very beautiful car. Clean inside and out. A few trim pieces were loose, but thats expected from a 20+ year old car. I was given the run around by the VA aswell as my bank. Cris was extremely patient as well as accommodating with my concern. Even after the sale was done and I recieved the car he continued to reach out to me to make sure the vehicle was to my liking. Thier was a issue involving the spark plugs and it was quickly resolved. Cris even paid the bill for $350. If I'm ever in the market for another classic car I'm hands down going straight to Cris and Taylor for my old school needs. Thanks again.”

“Wow!!!!! This is my first ever review. At first I was very skeptical to look at vehicles being sold at used car lots ( very skeptical). Especially one that's located in Chicago Heights, no offense. I admit that I read every single review before deciding to call the dealer. I wanted just to speak to a salesman first to see what kind of vibe they give me. After speaking to the Mr. Green for five minutes I knew that I was going to give them a chance. My instincts did not let me down. O.t Auto Sales is a small family store that truly care about there customers and does not treat you like your just a number unlike some of the bigger dealerships. The atmosphere surrounding the store was very clean and friendly. I only dealt with Mr. Green who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He applied absolutely no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle the same day and allowed me enough time to think and pray about possibly purchasing my next vehicle without calling and hounding me. When I came back to test drive the vehicle, O.t auto allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic to get it check out.Another concern of mine was financing at a small dealership. What kind of interest rates? Would my information on file be safe guarded? etc.... Like I said before Mr. Green is an ultimate professional, he demonstrated to me how my information would be safe guarded and I eventually purchased my vehicle with a 3.1% a.p.r on a used 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I referred my girl friend to him and she had an equally great experience and vowed to buy her future vehicles from him. We both recommend O.t Auto Sales to any one that is looking for a vehicle.........I waited over a month to do my review because I wanted to see how my vehicle held up. So far so good..Way to go O.t Auto Sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
