“Dr. Nava was excellent. She was able to identify an extremely rare issue with my cat. She was also humble and recommended a specialized facility where the surgery could be performed, rather than attempt it on-site due to its unusual unique nature! She placed care above profit.

Just had my two new dogs spayed and neutered, both are healing nicely and the process went without a hitch. Only issue was that my boy wasn't a fan of finding out before the scheduled appointment that he only had 48 hours left to check his nuts. I told him, "hey buddy, you have 48 hours left." He kept the same expression for almost 5 minutes. 99% sure he completely understood me and was trying to process it. Thankfully both are healing up and healthy.”

Every encounter was friendly and compassionate from the representative scheduling appointments to the doctor himself. . He was kind, knowledgeable, comforting but direct.
My pup has a break right above her ankle and the doctor made a scary and costly situation bearable and offered alternate solutions and gave us reassurance for healing.
There are actually two other facilities under the same management/ownership and I love being able to have options - if one location can't get you in, the other can.
I look forward to many years of my pet receiving extraordinary care from this team!”

“We absolutely loved every part of our experience at Humane Indiana. We were able to go view the dogs and facility before selecting which we wanted to meet. Then we made a decision after the staff let us have as much time with the pups as we wanted. We filled out paperwork, they were able to get the puppy spayed that day and we took her home less than 24 hours later. The spay incision looks so clean and well done, the experience was so easy and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend this facility and the staff and volunteers were so friendly and helpful!”
