We recently had our car repaired at Abra auto body shop. They gave us outstanding service! They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They went out of there way to give me a ride home, when the car was fixed they brought the vehicle back to my house. I highly recommend them!

I'm sorry, I never give a perfect, because nothing is.
However, everyone was great to deal with, curtiuse, friendly and explained the process and what the end result would be.
I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

It was a piece of cake to check into Abra Auto body to get the windshield crack fixed. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. Looks great.

Insurance collision repair on a ‘17 pickup. Not happy with both the process and completed repairs. Took three months during which communication was lacking, often weeks would pass without hearing any status, fighting with the insurance to extend rental at least once a week as Abra could never provide a completion date.
Picked it up last week after their “quality inspection”… rear taillight they replaced wasn’t even plugged in, front driver side fog light not plugged in, missed damage to running board driver side, broken clips on plastic bed top trim, missed damaged driver side quarter panel trim. Told me alignment was checked and within spec, still pulls to the right pretty bad. Had a third party check and told me there’s no way they could’ve even adjusted the alignment as the camber pin is missing. Tailgate not flush with bed on one side. All in all, not a good experience, only reason I gave an extra star was Morgan was nice to deal with. Everyone else I spoke to had an attitude

ABRA WAS OF GREAT ASSISTANCE TO US. THEY KEEP US UP TO DATE ON HOW THEY WERE DOING THE REPAIRS ON OUR CAR. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

They did a good job on my VW after a run in with a deer. Took time but thats expected with getting parts for GTI that was made still in Germany. One door was a little off after they reassembled, and took it over and they readjusted right there quick no problem. Friendly people. Dixon VW recomended them.

Went to have my chip in my windshield looked at said to come back on Monday and it took about 45 minutes to repair very fast and good job I will recommend them to everyone thanks again
