I had such a great experience at this AT&T store. Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. I even had 3 different employees helping me as I had to come multiple times since my phone broke. They were also so kind and welcoming to my girls. I really appreciated the wonderful experience I had here and look forward to coming again.

Update was told by the Sterling Police Department thats even though she took the screen protector off my phone and claimed to issue me a refund and I never received a redund I have to take them/her to small claims court.So she installs and ruins a product not a service and takes that said item and says they have issued a refund on my debit card and never received it and now i have to sue them for ripping me off?One of the 5 star reviews was done by the store manager .Rude staff been waiting on a refund on a screen protector. That the manager put on and bent creased and had full of bubbles on it. I said I didn't want that since it was defective . 24 hours has now turned into 6 days waiting for $64.35 dollars . The Manger said she doesn't have a boss when asked for contact information to her manager she said she is the boss. I highly doubt this to be true just by her unprofessional manner. I have contacted the sterling police dept

Great service. Came in to upgrade my mom's phone. Mike and Josh were beyond helpful. Made our trip so easy. Going back to pick up an apple watch for the wife. We are out of towners.....service here puts our stores to shame. Thanks again guys!!!
