I love this place! It was my first time visiting while staying with a friend in Sterling. Although the area feels a bit remote, shopping here felt just like being in the city.
The store is clean and tidy and its well-organized. Fresh produce and grocery items at fair prices. Parking is very huge makes it super convenient. I’m definitely impressed!

Made a call asking about job application. I politely asked to speak with a manager about if they had any applications available because I found one online that was 5 months old. I had a disrespectful manager answer the phone and was extremely rude and told me to look on online then said nothing else and hung up on me. I did not want to sit and waste time applying for a position that was already taken. I will definitely not be working here if you’re going to treat and disrespect people that are asking a simple question.

Sterling store is always clean and well organized my one upset is that I drove to pick up a late night ingredient that I so needed and they were closed at 10:05
We site says 11pm so I assumed I could get what I need since I dislike Walmart....
Please fix your website?

An elderly lady came from the bathroom, very winded. She asked me if she could sit on a display chair. I told her yes, as I didnt want to find her passed out on the floor. She then asked for a glass of water. I realize it's a store, but accommodation would have been wonderful. I asked the young lady standing there watching the self check out if someone could get her a glass of water. The girl walked away, I went to the bathroom. I come out and the lady was still sitting there and no water as the girl was back at her post. I then went into checkout and bought the lady a bottle of water. She had walked a few blocks to get to the store, bought her groceries that were sitting in a small cart. It's 85°f out and she was in her 80's. Shame on you county market

I am very disappointed. I phoned the bakery last week to request a cake for 120 people. I had some artwork for the top of it. I was told to call on Saturday and speak to a particular person. In the meantime, I emailed my request and sent in my artwork. On Saturday the person I was told to speak to you was not available, but she told her coworker to let me know she would look at my email and get back to me. I waited until Monday. When I called again I finally spoke to the designated individual. She then told me I would have to wait until Tuesday because the decorator was not in until Tuesday and she would have to make the decision about whether or not to make my cakes. I told her that I was unhappy because I had been waiting five days to make a cake order for this coming weekend and I’m now told I have to wait again with no guarantee that they would fill the order. After some discussion, she got belligerent and told me I should call Folsom bakery because they weren’t going to do it for me. I called the manager Pete and also complained to him. He called me back later and told me they were not going to make my cake for me. Bad service, bad management- they sent me to their competitor.

Went in the store to go grocery shopping with my wife. After a while we went to the deli to order a drumstick and chicken tender. an employee gave me my food and I went to the cafe and read that it said to not bring outside food. So I was sure that I was ok to eat there, The moment we sit down the same employee started speed walking up to us. He told us that we have to pay first to eat. I have on multiple occasions ate my food there without any problems and have seen other people do the same before paying as long as they still have the container. if you do have to pay first then it doesn’t make sense because after you pay the path leads you out of the store

When you are one person grocery shopping for yourself, why would I want to buy 3 or 4 of an item in order to get the sale price. Diffinately their sales prices are geared toward family shopping.
