Pharmacy tech was so rude! Me and another person arrived at the same time. Stood there so I went up to the window..tech told me that the other person was ahead of me..so I had to go back in line and served the other person 1st. I told the tech she was rude. Tech told me that that other person. Was here 1st. I told her we were there at the same time. Good thing there was only me and the other customer ....

They would not let me get my insulin that was fully covered by insurance because I could not afford to also get the eye drops that my insurance didn't cover. They kept harassing me to pay for the eye drops and would not give me my insulin. I will try back another day with my husband to get my insulin. The woman seriously only cared about making me pay $60 for eye drops and would not allow me to take my insulin with me. I only go to CVS because my insurance forces me to. Once I have another option I will never shop at another cvs again. This is beyond disgusting. Being denied your insulin because you can't afford eye drops.

I will never shop at another CVS again. My mother was in the Sterling, Illinois store a couple days ago and the cashier shorted her $10. Tried to fix the problem and they wouldn’t talk. BEWARE!! THE CASHIER LIKES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OKDER CUSTOMERS!!!
