I was on union pacific website to possibly purchase a shirt depicting the big boy train, I never place the order and closed it out, my bank had a hold for that same amount of the shirt I didnt place, I called union pacific and they said no order was placed and gave me halo branded solution phone number, the lady there acted like it was my fault saying well we didnt put your card information on the site and hung up, I called back and reached a much more courteous person and she looked everything up and said she cannot find where they put a hold on my money, I did a screenshot to send yet there's no solution and they stole my money without an order being placed, beware!!!

The unloading speed is fast. The staff is very friendly. You need to call first. I unloaded at port 13-14.

This company is so oddly secretive to me. They are apparently the go-between for AP Specialties and ship items for them. The lady I spoke with on the phone yesterday said they're "a shipping company." But when I look at their website, they are CLEARLY a branded merchandise company where you can order everything from uniforms to corporate gifts. I got a package in the mail from someone named Rhonda Artman, but it had no explanation of WHY she was sending me this package nor who it was originally from. I started dusting off my memory bank to figure out how I know this woman who sent me personalized dog cookies. It was very strange. And judging from her LinkedIn account, I've never met her in my life. But when you call the Customer Service line, they are very vague about the original sender. They just told me that they "ship" from other companies. I still haven't quite figured out why AP Specialties needs Halo Branded Solutions when the package came from UPS. But even asking them to look up the invoice number and order number didn't work. I was just repeatedly told "I don't know" and "We can't help with that." These cookies were DEFINITELY going in the trash, which would've been a waste of postage and animal-friendly ingredients, because neither company could tell me the sender. I would strongly suggest these two work together much better to confirm the sender, even if it's just a simple "To/From" note inside. Even when I was made aware of who sent the cookies, he even said he didn't know this person who sent them. Their streamlining for shipping could use some work. The gift was amazing and thoughtful, but the delivery in which I got it creeped me out so much that I didn't even want it.

I want to acknowledge Tom for his superior customer service. A package I ordered through Halo encountered issues while in transit and Tom went above and beyond to ensure the package made its way to me.

I have been waiting for my order for over a year they have charged my card every month to make sure that it was still active and then putting the money back a week later knowing they were not going to send my clothes. Well this last time they charged my card I did not have enough money in my account and they overdrafted my bank account For clothes that I have not gotten in a year knowing they were not going to send my clothes out but they still take my money out of my account every month and then put it back in a week later. They cost me $25 overdraft and still no clothes.... WHY... take the money out when you can actually fulfill your end of the deal.

This organization handles our corporate branded gear. I ordered a quarter zip and shipped it to the office (out of habit). Of course no one is there with the pandemic. The package is lost somewhere (my fault). Their customer support was easy to work with and highly responsive over email. We were able to get this resolved. Much appreciated! I've ordered from them before and the items are quality. Five stars for customer service
