The groomers were fabulous! They were friendly attentive to both of my fur babies.. and they did an excellent job on the haircuts! It was nice to have a groomer listen to what we wanted for a cut and to come back to a cut that was what we wanted was wonderful. I was worried that PetSmart might be a "big box store" for pets and grooming.. I was absolutely wrong. We are going back and going to continue using the Sterling PetSmart. Thank you to the employees there for making our experience a great one!

Seemed happy acted like she knew what she was doing. While Rachel talked to there was a small Yorkie being mistreated, by this I mean the groomer was pulling its and jerking it around to trim its face. Anyway she explained she'd have to shave her because of she had two coats. Her feet were not matted and I asked her not to shave them. When I came to get her she was completly shaved. Paid the bill and left. Later that night I was was petting her and noticed a cut and she had been shaven so close under her neck it was just skin. I called there to tt a manager who informed me that her groomer said it was a old scar closed with super glue. I was really upset, why didn't she tell me.she only been groomed 3x all at petsmart. My vet said it was a recent wound that's why it was getting darker as it heals. I am so done with petsmart. My poor baby got hurt and couldn't even tell.

Stopped by tonight to buy crickets for my leopard gecko who has been having trouble catching them lately. I spoke with an employee named Issac, whom hand picked a dozen 1 legged crickets for my pet and suggested using a feeding bowl. I rushed home to feed her. Well, my gecko ate them all up! She hadn't eaten in almost two weeks and I was getting worried.
Thank you Issac for your genuine concern. I will be back weekly for all my pets needs.ie dog and birds two!

Unfortunately I had a baby bearded dragon that was having issues and they had no problem giving me a different one, although it's their policy. They understood and when I told them the problem, they actually started to examine her to see if they could see anything, but that tiny, only a vet could really do it with the right equipment.
They seemed to care more than at other Petsmarts I have been to. I might develop trust in them or at least this location.

The staff and managers are friendly and helpful. I often buy cat food online, but I had paper coupons to use, and hardly any money.

Bought a chameleon from this store, found out that it had multiple medical problems. Additionally the fish tanks are disgusting and fish that should not be put together are. The small animal tanks are also awful having multiple animals in one small tank. Overall very disturbing and disappointing.

Danielle does a great job on our Bishon. She's very friendly and helpful. She understands our pups needs he cannot go into a kennel. We do the express service.
