I went to return a pair of shoes for someone that was in and out of the hospital. They were about 2-3 days past the date and the lady told me she could only offer a gift card. When I explained they had been in and out of the hospital, she replied with well I have a lot going on too. She was able to give a cash refund and when I told her to have a nice day as I was leaving she didn’t even look at me or respond. Very rude I won’t be back to the location.

This is for the one in Sterling. The one in Dixon has limited selections compared to Sterling. Sterling has great service and a restroom. Dixon 2 stars.
