The service department is the wonderful! When I call to make any kind of appointment Austin is always right there to help me take care of what I need. I am always telling my friends if you want a great service work done on your car call Sterling Chevrolet they are always very quick to help with anything that I need done. Cody is always very quick when working on any vehicle and does great work.

The service department is the greatest!!!! When I call with a problem or it's just an oil change David is always right there to help me. David comes to my work and picks my car up and when they are done with the car David brings it back to my work. Had my truck towed in for a mechanical problem and it was promptly looked at the next morning, diagnosed and quoted for repairs. While repairing it was found it needed additional parts, they updated with a new quote and had it repaired quickly. Great service department.

I HIGHLY recommend going to Sterling Chevrolet!! Travis Tomman reached out to me on faceback from a facebook post i made looking for some help with my vehicle after being previously screwed over by a different dealership Travis & sterling Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle!! Will be going there for my vehicle needs from now on ??

Bad experience nearly every time I take a vehicle there for service. Misdiagnosed a brake problem to get out of a warranty repair. Was overcharged for diagnostics on another vehicle, customer service is terrible. Filed a complaint on this dealer with GM.

I really enjoyed our salesman when we bought my car at the end of July. I bought my car knowing that I would need to put some money into it as it’s used and has over 100,000 miles. HOWEVER, I was not expecting to have to put almost an additional $5000 in repairs Only five months into having the vehicle. In August, I requested an inspection and repair log. The lady was rude and ignored my request during three separate phone calls. When I showed up in person to ask for one, the guy simply stated that they changed over computer programs and didn’t detailed log of my vehicle. He gave me a print out that said that my tires were rotated and they did an oil change, that’s it. So anyway, I have replaced brakes, rotors, Front tires, tie rods and struts. My tires were wearing unevenly and my steering wheel started to shake a month after purchasing. When I took it into our repair shop, I was told that I should have never been sold this car because all these repairs would have shown up on a routine dealership inspection if they actually did one. And now, the electrical on my passenger side is faulty. I would never use these people again. And I’m really disappointed that my experience ended this way

The service department and the sales department of this dealship is they best I have ever dealt with. I had a accident on the freeway near their place and limped my SUV to there place and it could not be driven any farther. They kept me informed all they way because parts were hard to find at GM. Because I live over 800 miles away and after 8 weeks of waiting for parts from GM, I asked the sales department to give me a fair deal on a trade in on a 2023 Tahoe which they did. I have never been treated better by any company. If you need service and fair deals this is the place to go.

Had a bad taste from several other dealerships closer to where I live in the Chicagoland area so I decided to look a little further out & found Sterling Chevrolet. Drove a couple hours to check out a truck at this location and had a wonderful experience since the moment I was greeted. If you appreciate non-pushy sales reps, polite staff, a solid sales manager, and a dealership that values you not just as a customer but as a human being then I highly recommend making a stop.Definitely will be back at some point in the future to purchase again or refer my own friends/family here.
