I took off work early to drive an hour to look at a vehicle. Throughout the day, I was contacted by two sales associates from the dealership, Arielle and Shay. They reached out to me multiple times via both text and phone calls, ensuring that I was still coming and that they were getting the vehicle ready. Appointment scheduled for 6pm.I arrived at the dealership and went inside. The sales associate I spoke with inside went to go get the keys so we could take it for a drive.He came back without keys and said, "I have some bad news," he said, "the vehicle was sold on Saturday." My question to him was "Why was I told by 2 associates that the vehicle was available and being prepared for me? And why is it still listed on your website?"All I received in response was a lackluster apology. "Sorry, this happens sometimes...." But it shouldn't happen. A dealership's reputation relies heavily on its communication and honesty with its customers. Especially in the economic state we are currently in.Miscommunications like these are not just inconveniences, but will ensure you wont receive any future sale from me.Crickets from the sales people that were contacting me all day....

Really easy to deal with... had my car picked out and deal done in less then 2 hours.... wish the car I bought was a little more detailed and shined up before bringing it home.... well be back

No problems, work completed in reasonable time as expected. First service on my new Buick, staff friendly, waiting room warm. No Buick dealership in town now, perhaps there should be a Buick sign hanging next to the Chevrolet sign.

Worst service around. $308.00 for basically a battery and a brake inspection. Was charged for oil change and fluid levels that weren't topped off. Supposedly they inspected the wipers and the windshield washer reservoir and neither was the wipers replaced or was I told that they needed replaced, oh and I filled the reservoir with the gallon of Rainx 2 and 1 that I had on hand..... I'll take my chances driving to the cities for service.. So much for wanting to support local small business.
