They do a terrible job at filling prescriptions in a timely manner. They don't tell you that it is out of stock and expect you to just wait 3 extra days for your meds.

Have had nothing but poor customer service non-stop unfortunately. I had a prescription that was held for the reason of some sort of insurance issue. When I called, I get a snarky response that they actually need more information from my doctor but hadn't actually reached out to the doctor. Will move my prescriptions elsewhere moving forward.

The pharmacy woman that answered was one of the rudest individuals I have ever talked to. customer service is not where she should work. Work at a job where you don't have to talk to anyone, would be a much better fit for this rude woman.

I just came in to the Sterling Walgreens to purchase an iced coffee, water, and some allergy nose spray. I was helped by Haelee and Rhonda, who apparently need more training. I asked specifically to have my food items on a separate transaction than my medicine, because I planned to pay with my EBT card. Haelee rang up one beverage separately and the other two together which is incorrect. Rhonda tried to "help" by claiming loudly that my EBT needs to be first. I not only did that first, but I did not appreciate Rhonda saying I was paying with EBT so loudly. After several attempts to redo the transaction I got very embarrassed, and asked her to just give me the items as they were. Rhonda ignored my request, and proceeded to hold up the line and myself trying to "fix" the issue. My requests were ignored several times. When a customer says "Okay I'd rather not wait if it's over complicated" they need to just hand the items back and apologize. I do not appreciate being embarrassed over employees not being trained properly. Rhonda either has no professional sense or she was trying to mock me.. Highly unprofessional, I would suggest spending money elsewhere. There are many other places to get medicine and cold coffee.
