I don't find anything wrong with this Walmart. The customers are very polite and helpful and the shelves are well stocked.

WalMart Sterling IL. Had an oil change done here 3 months ago. Go today to have done at a different lube place and was told the oil pan screw is stripped out!!! Consider other places to have your oil changed than Sterling Walmart. Have been told by dealership that's been in business a very long time that they get ALOT of vehicles with problems after Sterling WalMart does an oil change. Just an FYI so you dont have problems after an oil change too!!!!

Eye care center, has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been blown off completely before and as I write this I was called to pick up frames and I've pushed the service button 5 times and waited the time limit on it each time, if no one is here a sign at least should be put up to inform paying customers that they are out or on break. I bought groceries because there was no one here when I first entered and now I'm sitting here with them trying to avoid another trip across town.

I order online to pick up at store. At a normal Walmart this speeds up the check out process. At this Walmart the machines never work and you end up standing for 10 minutes while the employee and manager can not get their equipment to operate. Suggestion: replace the equipment, take initiative to fix this situation. Replace managers that will not replace equipment. Today Amazon is a far better option in this town as the ordering online and picking up in store is not functional at the Sterling Walmart.
