The service took considerably longer than originally estimated and they pressured me to buy unnecessary parts. Issues with the bike after they worked in it & the offered to try to fix them but were unsuccessful but they did stand behind their work & turned the bill into their insurance after Harley-Davidson rebuilt the engine. All things considered, I couldn't ask for a better outcome from a bad situation
