Why is this branch still open? look at the reviews no one likes it, they are rude and mean and still working there, who is in charge??

Racist bank! Wouldn't cash my check because I'm black however I go to another branch and they happily cash it. This is ridiculous

Rude customer service the two lady's in the front desk are rude will not recommend this place stay away unless you wanna be talk down to!

The old lady at the counter is terrible. Doesn't know how to do her own job. She's disrespectful & frankly shouldn't be up there. She should return to any previous job that doesn't involve human interaction. She apparently knows but has to ask someone else to confirm. The woman with the red hair on the other hand is extremely professional. Us bank do yourself a favor and get rid of that older lady. This happen on 11/21 at 2:20pm.

Worst customer service experience of my life. I noticed an unusual charge on my account so somebody put a stop payment on the charge over the phone, and he told me it would be sent to the fraud department. I was okay with this and expecting to move past this point and continue on. I come to find out my account was completely shut down and when I asked why I was given only one mans name I can speak with regarding my account. Seriously no one else besides one man could give me answers to why my account was closed?? I couldn't get ahold of this man and his number went directly to voicemail. After several weeks had passed I received a very brief message stating "Your account is closed we're mailing you a check with your balance" at this point I was extremely mad that I could be treated like this with no explanation. US bank was my only access to money so I went several weeks completely broke, couldn't even buy food, because of US bank. When I FINALLY got a check in the mail I took it to US bank and was told they would not cash it because my account was in the process of being closed. What?!? I was told by three different people at this point my account was closed. I went back the next day and they finally cashed it and the teller first stated there would be a ten dollar charge then gave me the full amount of my balance. What a headache nightmare situation. I've never left a review before but you guys seriously made me suffer on top of all the financial stress we already have going on. I hope nobody decides to do business with US Bank and if you do I hope they don't treat you as poorly as I was.

Lazy employees who don't want to work... make you wait for simple thing while no one in the driveway... that's no surprise to me why only one star.... stay away from this place... run down Bussniess... we should see them shortly closed.... Fay worst one there don't deal with her cause she likes to make new rules.
