Give them a $50 dollar xmas gift once a year and you won't have a problem. I rarely get mail from a USPS delivery but they need to make sure I do or don't have something to send out. Maybe 2-5 times a year I have something to send out. My post office is directly behind my house and will pick it up after I call it wasn't.

I have had mostly positive experiences with Stockton whether at the post office or with mail service. Mail held is delivered promptly after a return trip. Mark our mailman has delivered some pieces to the door. Our mailbox is on the road. Thank you guys.

Sent out 3 bills almost a month ago and they still haven't gotten to where they were supposed to go. Tried to call the post office,
the automated system is a joke and i couldn't get through to anyone so i had to drive there. The lady working said she's had a lot of complaints and doesn't know what's going on. She said I can just pay to have the checks canceled and resend them. Why should I have to pay to cancel the checks and resend them for them to wait another month to get where they're supposed to go, if they get there at all. Her answer was that I can send them priority mail for $10 each so I can track them. Now those bills are late so I'll have to pay late fees and just hope they get there or pay to cancel the checks and then pay $10 each bill i mail to make sure they're doing their jobs. I'll be driving to another town from now on to use their post office.

These people can't tell the time of day!!! I needed a letter to get to Central Illinois ASAP and since it was a Monday I asked if I could get it there by Wednesday. She said Priority Mail would get there by Wednesday and charged me almost 10 dollars. It's only made it to Chicago by Wednesday and still sitting there. Pony Express was quicker even if they were using a Mule!!!!!

Need to be more accommodating during these winter storms. Snow plow put a burm in front of my mailbox. Hard for me or my husband, who has congestive heart failure, to shovel the 2 foot snow burm in front of our mailbox. NO MAIL FOR WEEKS. Need my meds ?

Mail is usually late, or delivered to the wrong address. Got a notice in my mailbox saying my mailbox was inaccessible and I would have to pick up my mail at the post office. When I called to inquire, a woman named Diane, who seemed to be in charge from the way she was talking, was extremely rude to me about it and told me to just pay to have somebody clear snow away from my mailbox. When I brought the point the notice was actually in my mailbox, which meant it was accessible, she brushed it off and said that I would need to clear away my mailbox. When I asked about my packages that were supposed to be delivered to the door, she said I don't know anything about that" . I'm sorry, isn't that your actual job?

I have moved many times…. And never had to do anything weird to get my packages. This Post office told me in order to get my Amazon packages that they were keeping I would have to fill out a change of address form, but this is a second home so there is no change of address, then they said I would have to set up a P.O. Box if I wanted to get them. ?? Not only have I moved plenty of times, but I’ve also sent myself things from Amazon wherever I might be it could even be an Airbnb and never had anyone tell me they couldn’t just drop it at the address with the mail.

Everything is always late and the drivers are the laziest you could ever imagine. The size of packages I’ve had wedged into my mailbox in order to prevent themselves from having to walk 10 feet to the door could set Guinness records. I’ve literally watched one driver try to reach over plowed snow to put something in my mailbox. When he couldn’t reach he just drove off.

They will put packages right where they will get step on if not looking down as I open my door and not only that but they held onto and package from another state for 11 extra days when I call and spoke to someone that pop up and said without a tracking number there is no way to prove where it is and I hadn't said anything about a tracking number. They all need to be fired and replace at the stockton post office.

1) Mail and packages including priority mail sent to wrong address on a regular basis.2) Packages show as delivered when tracked, but aren't, showing up a day or two later.3) Mailbox door constantly left ajar so mail is either wet, or door is blown open by wind and mail is in street, yard, or who knows where?4) Packages found in cornfield across street, 1 soaked with rain and covered in mud.5) Packages left 8 feet from front door, between 2 snowdrifts twice in Jan. 2021, even though garage door was left up so they could be put in there.6) Complaints do no good at all.This outfit is the absolute worst I have ever experienced and I'm not sorry to say that I sure won't shed a tear, if/when their doors close for good.

Continually delivers my mail to other places and i get others mail delivered to me. My neighbors and I have made multiple phone calls with complaints. I had a full size backpack shipped to me,I came home to find that the carrier folded the package up and stuffed it in the mailbox...

Continues not to read the name and send my mail to the right address! I have called at least 6 times and told the same thing yet my mail keeps getting stolen! 3 packages and countless important mail I never received and I was told they do not have it. This is completely uncalled for and I have been so patient. They refuse to do an exclusion my post office in WI said would help me. My post office is extremely helpful here in WI but I am just getting the run around with this office.
