Probably the worst Cricket location I have experienced. The worst customer service and the manager has no idea what’s going on. They would not give me a receipt and when I finally got one 3 weeks later I noticed I paid for things that I didn’t have and other things I did not need.
Just go to a different location or make sure you check what you paid for at this location. SCAMMERS.

I went to the store today and the person who attended me was Naomi, she was a very helpful,kind and humorous person while attending me and I would come back to this store even though I don't live close👍 every customer service should be the same from what I experienced!

Omg Nayime the Rep....... Shorty my boo thang ?? I haven't had a phone for 36 days. She heard my situation and made it happen. She is phenomenal ❤️..... Don't lose her thanks . I appreciate you Nayime. If you ever see me ANYWHERE WHATEVER YOU NEED I WILL DO MY BEST TO HAVE IT.

Recommend this store I have worked here and must say they are very helpful and I go be on to help anybody that walks in . Any Questions come on in they will help you . I no longer going to work here . Not because they treat me bad but because I changed major. I recommend this store in stone park.
