The best customer service ever experienced. The efforts in obtaining a premium suv with an hour notice was impressive. Friendly and professional guy at pick-up and drop-off. Definitely my go to place moving forward.

They don't like to rent to black people. Is it time to boycott Enterprise? Do not rent from here go across the street to Hertz or go to the Enterprise in Elmhurst. I was accused of smoking weed and denied service based on me having dreadlocks. Corporate office recommended me to the Elmhurst location where I was treated great and got a better car and deal. There was a black lady there that said she left the Stone park location 30 minutes ago because they accused her of smoking weed. So is this a question that the manager at this location asks every black person? I asked to speak to both managers at the Elmhurst location and both confirmed I did not smell like weed. Me and the lady that was also racially profiled met with her and she convinced us to always come to her location. As your local guide don't go to the Stone park location you have been warned.

Terrible service, the lady at the front counter had a horrible attitude from the start , I stated my rental was covered under warranty her words were “ oh I will have to call and switch the reservation to them “ then proceeded to not do anything but look at her phone I waited 5 mins until I asked if she was going to call and she said I had to do it, it’s obvious she doesn’t want to work or treat customers with respect

Only gave 1 star bc zero is not an option..Attempted to have service done on my wife vehicle at CarMax (Dodge Durango), requested a vehicle that size or not much smaller. Was offered to choose between a Mitsubishi Mirage and a Toyota Camry, neither of which is anywhere near her vehicle size. After finally choosing the Camry, was told by CarMax that it is no longer available (5 minutes later) and only the Mirage is.m available. I’m 6’5” and my wife is 5’8”, virtually impossible to fit with 2 kids in the backseat. As I looked over, the Enterprise Rep is driving a midsized SUV from fleet..Whatever happened to actually caring about customers needs or requests. In a perfect world, the Rep would’ve understood my concerns, emphasized with me, provided the midsized SUV she was driving and drove the Mirage back to Enterprise. The Rep never even spoke to me about possibly trying to get a bigger vehicle or attempting to accommodate me. Actually, the Rep NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME. Poor service..I’d never rent a vehicle from this Enterprise

Horrible service!!! EVERYTIME I rent from them I have to bring the car back!! They once again gave me a dirty car and this time The maintenance required light came on.. I can't drive the car like this on a road trip!!On my birthday!!!

I lost count of how many times I have called this location on different days and times and no one answers the phone. Ridiculous! I would advise renting a car from somewhere else.

I received a call while at the auto body from rep and informed me that someone was on there way to drop off an suv and if that was okay. He never told me that the insurance only covered enough for a compact car.I informed the rep that I only wanted what is covered and it was not good idea to upsell customers by bringing a car that was not 100% covered.

They don’t clean their cars properly and it smells. Every time I get a rental car from them it always need some time of maintenance done. Never gotten my previous deposit back. Gas hand was always on a quarter tank.

Horrible service. They couldn't even get my name right in the system. Didn't send any email confirmation. And then 3 days before my pick up date, they called me and said the vehicle I reserved was no longer available. I looked online at other enterprise locations and found they had the same vehicle for $200/week more. That's probably why they have my vehicle to someone else willing to pay that extra amount.
