I want to be honest rather than rude. While they made an effort to be helpful, the original photos were misleading. It was described as "perfect condition," but the reality was the opposite. Make sure to request additional pictures and details, as there were many undisclosed issues. I drove 50 minutes expecting the Civic to be in "perfect condition" with minimal work required. Upon arrival, the owner wasn't even present; instead, a mechanic had to assist us. He was helpful but still-unprofessional of the dealership. Then, we couldn't even test drive the car bc another vehicle was blocking the single entrance, and the mechanic was unable to move it... The interior was in poor shape—ripped seats, a musty-smelling AC, broken camera, taillight was out, mismatched led lights, a burning oil smell, overfilled transmission fluid, random cut wires in the trunk, missing hood stand holder, along with numerous scratches not highlighted in the pictures. There were significant mechanical issues, including the need for new engine mounts soon, bald rear tires, and an engine that struggled to rev properly. Despite this being a 2013 civic model with only 150,000 miles, it fell far short of all our expectations and was far from the "perfect condition" described. The lack of maintenance was disappointing, especially coming from a highly rated dealership. Can't trust these reviews anymore, as this experience has made me question the reliability of them. Cars should either be well-maintained or properly serviced before sale. If you can't do that, at a minimum, ensure that the issues are clearly described and shown in the pictures and description. I rate this a 2/5 experience, and that's generous given the time wasted ?
