I went in to ask about switching to metro because my current carrier was overcharging me and I was losing data too quickly. They had the phone I wanted and made the process so easy! Ended up also adding a tablet as the promotion was just too good to pass up on! 10/10 experience 🙏🏽

Ramon is a bad person he added items on my account when i only told him i wanted the iphone 12 he told me i was going to walk out with iphone 12 for only $250 he charged me $362.95, dont buy phones from him he is a greedy person.

Went in to pay my bill....and received a text that it was paid . And guy suspended my account.....like the other review said , piss pore customer service. Ready to change carriers because of this . Stay clear of this store .

Ramon Lopez is the best i was frustrated because my phone would no power on. I was in the right place Mr. Lopez took care of the problem and i was able to purchase another phone something that i needed at the time. Again i would like to thank you Ramon a real standup gentleman!

Ramon is a new face at this location but very attentive, patient, informative, helpful, trustworthy, and most of all kind. He helped me get a great phone at a very good price. Any issues ive had i come to him, ive went to other stores and they always send me off but he takes his time makes sure to explain the situation and the solution so that it wont happen again, and if you want to conversate while hes working out your issue hes there for it. He makes me and my family feel like home and like we've known him for years. I am honored to give him this review and honored to get to know him, and i hope he continues working there because his patience and personality is impeccable. Surely inviting him to the next barbecue ?.
