First thing I asked was is this the same owner from 5 years ago, yes she said.Once I needed a phone repaired and he sent me to a shop. Not selfish, not trying to push a phone just honest to goodness help. And so I return, permanently. Lesson learned, when you find good people stick with them.”

The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. He was extremely helpful, and I was very impressed with his patience, politeness and professionalism throughout the entire transfer process. As someone with a 30-plus-year customer service background, I always make it a point to observe the demeanor of the person who's assisting me, and he passed with flying colours.
