The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. First thing I asked was is this the same owner from 5 years ago, yes she said.Once I needed a phone repaired and he sent me to a shop. Not selfish, not trying to push a phone just honest to goodness help. And so I return, permanently. Lesson learned, when you find good people stick with them.”

“My home internet failed after the day light savings time change. The apps failed and did not allow me to report the problem. Gabriel Koyfman at the store was persistant in reaching a customer service rep while serving other customers in the store. We finally got thru to technical support and they were able to correct the issue in the office. Much thanks to Gabriel for his insistence on resolving my outage.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
