Leo helped me understand so many things, helped me see all the options I had and took the time to explain the entire process to me with continuous written and verbal communication so nothing would be missed. The supervisor came and explained it as well so I would not be blindsided by anything. Truly a beautiful connection I had with them. “PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
