“Wow - I moved away in 6th grade anday be moving back to the area. I used to walk to thia 711 as a wee lad in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Fond memories of walking my 2 siblings to 711 with $$ mom gave us for candy/Slurpees. Etc. I remember when the video rental store opened next door. Made flr a great family night grabbing a few movies there and movie snacks ar the 711. From what I saw on Google Maps, the 711 area looks just as great now as it did 33 years ago!”

“I had to take my JBL Ti-6k floor speakers, with curved sail shaped cabinets (only 5 surfaces), that were never available for sale in US to a shop that could repair and refurbish them. My speakers were particularly challenging due to post location(on the bottom), and cabinet shape. I had purchased some audio gear from Saturday Audio Exchange previously, so I called them and asked who does their repairs. I was told Van L Speaker works.
When I dropped my speakers off, John took the time to demo some his own units, and talk through advantages of a curved cabinet, but also the challenges due to the shape. He had produced curved cabinets previously, and his knowledge on the subject was staggering. These unicorn speakers were in good hands.
I was called with some upgrade options for my speakers, and updated timelines.The drivers, the component upgrades, and the work done have given these rare birds an incredible new life. The first time I heard them , I couldn't stop giggling. These have gone from extremely rare to irreplaceable, and I could not be happier or more pleased with the work that was performed. Van L's expertise is a premium service. Advice is part of the price. As I build my new system around these speakers, I called a week after I picked them up to get some advice for a receiver. Frank took time, and gave me the information I needed, and stopped me from making a purchase mistake I would have rather not lived with.
Don't go anywhere else, go here.”

Tania (hopefully this is right )was so patient to help me out and she solved the problem. The manager of the store Lupe was very helpful , very smart young man who can also speaks Mandarin and Spanish. They are super!”

“I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded phones and ran into an account issue that required me to come into the store several times, and after many attempts I was not getting responses from one of the regional managers who originally handled my account. I have an infant and repeatedly attempting an in store issue is not ideal. Thankfully, Roberto took over the issue, thoroughly explained my bill, went out of his way to make the corrections and ultimately reminded me why I stay with Verizon as a provider. Roberto took the time to call me with updates so I wasn’t left without answers, and made sure I left the phone call with understanding of my account. He touched base at least 4 times in the day, and by the end of the day the issue was resolved. He said he was a newer manager, but his composure, professionalism and expertise in Verizon’s products had me convinced he had been a manager there for a decade. I’m really happy he stepped in to hear my concerns and deliver quality communication skills. Thank you Roberto!”

“I just wanted to sincerely thank you Veronica. You want out of your way to really help me, when customer service couldn’t even help me. I had such a hard time just simply getting my eSIM card working customer service was quickly to disconnect the call and tell me to go to the nearest cricket store. Which mind you, I had bought the phone online from customer service thinking well they absolutely can help me since I got it online, but after three miserable hours going back-and-forth with customer service I decided to go to the nearest cricket location to me hoping someone anyone could help me understand why a phone I had Just bought Was not connecting to the eSIM that again customer service said it would initially work when I purchased it, again with customer service on the phone. That being said, Veronica listened to me while I vented and I was absolutely saddened by the situation she didn’t give up. I explained to her maybe it was something I did and then she figured it out. She just didn’t give up on me and took the time and I genuinely appreciated that so very much. Again thank you Veronica for going out of your way and helping me today. It’s the little things that really make a difference and she has no idea how much she helped me out and she cared to help me out and didn’t give up. Thank you so very much!!”

It's a little more expensive than walmart but they had everything I needed, the atmosphere was peaceful, not too many people, and I didnt feel rushed like at walmart, smelled nice too!
