The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. “They are the best around. I love that they keep a personal file of each of my rooms paint colors so I don't have to keep unwanted swatches laying around. Also they are great at making duplicate keys. The keys always work perfectly which isn't the usually the case.”
