“No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.”
“The only tire shop I called today at 4pm that would service my car the same day. Everyone else just said it's too late in the day and they wanted me to leave the car to get looked at tomorrow. Had a flat tire at the end of my work day and had to get towed to their shop. Patched my tires and they were fast, efficient, and cheap. Don't let the location or the shop deter you from coming here. Glad I saw their stellar reviews and decided to go with them.”

Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?
Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. “After completing some work on my car the last step was a wheel alignment. My favorite alignment had shop closed over a year ago so I decided to give Cassidy Tire a try. I called and they got me in that afternoon. That’s service! The work was completed while I waited.
