This place got the most expensive liquor on Irving park rd!!!! There’s no way the price shows $12.99 but rings up to $18.72 🤔 how the hell is it a $6 tax on (1) item 🤦♂️ I’m going to make a call to the village department and check ordinance to start an investigation on this store because I truly think this is illegal to over tax us on alcohol by raising the standard state taxes to fill their pockets! I will never go to this store again! I really think they are taking advantage of the Hispanic community in that area because everyone I know complains about this store prices. THIS CANT NOWAYYYY BE LEGAL!!! Don’t be surprised if you see an yellow occupancy violation sticker on their door

There is an employee who is not kind & extremely rude! My 85yr old Mom goes here to play her weekly lottery. Every time this particular employee is on duty, he gives my mother a difficult time. So much so that my mother doesn't want to go in when he's at the cash register.
I have not seen the owner in a couple of weeks now to address this situation with him. If this is how this establishment treats the elderly I rather not invest my money here.
