THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. This company needs to be shut down. ****everyone see the response? I’ve yet to hear a single word from this sickening store. FAKE FAKE FAKE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL.03/23/24- Let me update this review. So you can clearly see the date the store replied. They replied to the review but yet never contacted me. The store managers excuse? She was in “training.” But yet was able to respond to a review? 6 days later and not single phone call from a district manager as requested. This is one of the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot. Trust me the poor service, trickles down from their corporate office, down to these stores. This entire company needs to be overhauled from the optometrist that are incompetent giving exams to the children working in the stores. Take your money, time, and business elsewhere.

Very bad experience.Redicilous behaviourThey are cheaters .Staff is very ride they dont answer properly and are always on thier phone.Before eye exam they say different prices and after exam they charge different.saying we did this we did that when its not required why will they have to do those test.when all is well they make stories which does not Make sense and then charge a big amount.They think people are foolish.

Great experience as always. All of the staff including Jocelyn and Dr. Mike are exceptional! Extremely friendly, knowledgable, patient and caring. This location is always super busy and that says something.

Had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The receptionist was very friendly and so was the manager. She helped me pick frames and made sure they fitted properly. She definitely knows her stuff. Will be returning.

The rating I've provided is a blend of customer service and quality of care. The Doctors and technician for eye exam are quick and efficient; however, wait times are horrible. I'm certain it's the sales process and the setup of the operation in general. I waited more than 45 minutes to pay for an eye exam that was completed in 15 minutes!! I would avoid this store if you are pressed to stick to a schedule.

I love this place, they just fixed my glasses and complimentary. The glasses were from a different place too. I do have glasses from them and still holding strong. Their prices are reasonible, work staff are helpful & very nice. Thank you again! 5 stars all day!!!!

If I could I would not give any stars. Completely disorganized. Allowing people to walk in and get helped before those with appointments are getting helped. Had to come to the front desk to ask when I was going to see the doctor since only walks were being paid attention to. Lady behind me also had an appointment and they told her she didn't and they couldn't take her. But then took a walk-in 2 mins later who checked out before me.

I am very grateful to the staff of this place because they are very friendly and they gave me excellent care. I have been going to this place for 3 years in a row and I always leave very satisfied with my purchase and the service.

The only reason I’m giving this review five stars is because of very polite and helpful young lady that helped me. Karen is her name, I was very impressed with her outstanding customer service skills! I’ve been going to this specific location for quite a while now and had never received the treatment she rendered me. She was able to resolve an issue (in less than five minutes)no one in that store could for the past four months, not even the so called supervisors. This store has the worst service ever, it’s very frustrating/irritating when the staff members don’t seem to care and/or address patient’s concerns. However, today, Karen was able to fix my issue in a very prompt and extremely courteous way. Other staff members should learn from her.

Horrible experience. Took my mom for an eye exam and the Dr had no ability to help a patient understand the process or steps. It felt like i was at a car wash! Customer service standards non existent.

Horrible from beginning to end, just horrible. I ended up leaving after i demanded my vision RX (i had to remind them that legally they have to give it to me once I paid for the eye exam) without buying glasses. Never never ever again. I cant think of one single positive thing to say about my experience. I hate giving them even one star

I absolutely love the optometrist here and most of the staff. 99.9 percent of the staff are amazing. There's just one staff member that I'm not going to mention their name or gender because this wasn't a review to get anybody in trouble but the person is very lazy and won't even do proper measurements when you get new glasses. One thing I do have to say though and this goes for all America's Best or glasses in general I should say the frames are getting cheaper and cheaper every year.. but that's not America's best fall that's just the manufacturer's making the frames.
