“Visiting from Alabama when one of our e-bikes stopped working. The guys ran diagnostics and tried to help, but we did not have the key to remove battery. We really appreciated the extra effort from these bike experts. Stop by to purchase a bike or take your current bike for repair.”

“Great repair shop and good people too!!! I am doing a charity ride for my son and was on the Fox River Trail the other morning, about 20 miles from home, when I broke a spoke on my road bike. I called a couple local shops who were of no help but when I called Main Street I spoke to Jeff who was very helpful and gave me a couple tips and the reassurance to limp my bike back over to his shop. He had me back on the road within the hour after getting to his shop and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and price. Everything was excellent. Thanks for the help and answering all my questions Jeff! I will be back”

“The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. There was a large assortment of bikes. I purchased an e-bike that I love. I loved the green color Trek. The employee said they could get on within the week. She suggested that I wait for the color I really like as I will have this bike for a long time. I waited and she was right! So thankful she made the suggestion. I also like the service policy.”

“The best guys ever. Great work. Elijah, Ken and John are the goods. It was my first time there and felt the passion and knowledge right away. I'll be back to spend time looking at all the cool stuff all over, including the art in the restroom. I'm an old guy and it's refreshing to see a business like this. Go guys.”

“Came in on a very busy holiday Weekend Sunday with my wife, one to drop off my bike for service and to find her a new one. We could not be happier with the service. The crew helped my wife pick ! perfect bike for her, Sirrus 2.0 and they went out of their way to make sure she gets it in her favorite color- Purple. One of the best and down to earth bike shops I have been to. The service is great aswell got my bike back today and works like new even though its an 12 year old bike. Thank you, will definitely be back for other accessories and bikes!”

“I’ve purchased two bikes from Mill Race this year and used their service/parts department. Staff is friendly and they have a broad selection of inventory. Recommend checking them out if you’re looking for some new wheels.”
