Inferior! -1, or less than Zero -- UNSOPHISTICATED, UNPROFESSIONAL, Immature, disrespectful, courtesy-lacking, cheap quality and low-brow staff, poor and low quality service, by abusive persons having desperate need of "Control" (issue) and having "Superiority" issue.I shall not return. I have been a patron of this location since it opened, like about 15 years ago, or longer. When it opened, it had a diversity of Race, in employment. Now there is only one. That had not been a problem, until the usual staff continued to leave. After my initial favorite employee left, a Hispanic male, within months after opening, to become the owner's IT professional, I had not had a favorite for a while, but nobody had been so unpleasant to the degree that I will not return. My next favorite was a young and very pleasant, easy to speak with, Hispanic female, who was always willing to walk me through whatever question, inquiry, service need, etc. that I had. She came several years after I had been a regular patron, but she worked there for several years. She left for maternity leave, but never returned. My second favorite was her counterpart, who was also a somewhat young Hispanic female. She was almost as helpful and service-oriented as the young woman who left. The other left too. Service became worse, with every new crop of new-hire employees. I would go less and less often.A prime example is of the service, or really having been the TERRIBLY RUDE, OFFENSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL ENCOUNTER, by a young female Hispanic, who is short (about 5'4"), as a descriptor. She was working with a heavy-set, seemingly Hispanic male, who looked to be about 5'9" tall. She put in her half-cent (less than 2 cents) when I was speaking with the male, and she opened her rude, uncourteous, and disrespectful mouth with unnecessarily nosey (butt-in) inquiries, into my personal business. When I told her that it was none of her business, because it is not, and she had no professionalism or even well-mannered personal being to realize that she was out of line, she refused to continue to (not) assist me. She had already told me all that I had inquired about so I needed nothing more. She continued to speak, so I showed courtesy, until she stepped over the line and out of place. She then proceeded to verbally accost me, by ranting, yelling, and she (attempted to) insult me by having called me a name. THERE WAS A CUSTOMER in the store (Hispanic male), along with the other employee. I do not belittle and degrade myself and lower myself to the sub-standard behavior of abusive people and of those suffering with "CONTROL ISSUES." It was as if she could not wait to rush to tell me that she would no longer assist me. WHO CARES! I received the information that I sought. Besides, there are more Boost Mobile stores around every corner, than there are Walgreen's. I am shopping for a new Mobile Service Provider, anyway. There are many. She is a fool and a mockery of herself, and she is laughable, so I laughed at her, in her face, and then I turned towards the door and proceeded to exit. She ranted and raved louder. I turned and gave her a BIG RASPBERRY, while SHE was MAKING a FOOL of HERSELF, and then I met the door, and I exited.

I went in there to get my already activated phone switched over to a new phone. My husband went to the boost that is 2 miles away by the Galaxy smoke shop off Irving and they charged him $10.. this store tried to tell me it would cost $60 just to switch from one phone to another. I don't understand how the prices can fluctuate that much when the store is in the same county as each other and two miles away. When I told her my husband got it done for $10 she said every boost store charges differently.. well if that's the case I'm just letting you know there's plenty of other boost stores that probably don't charge half as much as this store. Very disappointed

I went to this location to purchase a cellphone actually two. And once I told the cashier that I didn't want the phones activated. Because one cellphone would be a gift. The cashier told me that I couldn't make the purchase because she HAD to activate the phones???? This just seems like some good ole B.S.

I recommend you skip this Boost Mobile and shop the Wal-Mart across the street on Barrington Road. The service was basically anything said to get it sold. I thought I would avoid the big chain stores and try a little shop. Tanya “helped” me by insisting she had the right charging cable for my iPhone. So I confidently bought the cable she suggested thinking she must know since it is a specialty store. Turns out it was not the cable I needed. So return it right ? Seems simple enough but her knowledge of cables is about as accurate as her salesperson skills, she dutifully neglected to review store policies til after the sale was made and me the consumer had to notice NO RETURNS on anything unless proven defective. Mind you the package was not even opened. So exchange you think? No they don’t carry what I need. I repeat NO RETURNS So the option left for me is to email Boost Mobile regarding sales practices at their franchises. I certainly hope the message of this post will save other consumers the loss of their money.
