I recently had mechanical work done on my truck at Casey Automotive, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my truck, gave me upfront pricing, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
The work itself was top-notch, my truck runs smoother than it has in years. They completed everything on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and treated my vehicle with real care. It’s rare to find a shop that combines quality workmanship with genuine customer service, but Casey Automotive absolutely delivers.
I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back here for future maintenance, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants trustworthy, skilled, and reliable automotive service!

Quality of workmanship is truly superior to the Mercedes dealer’s repair department—which 70% of the time requires a return visit “to get right” what wasn’t quite right once I was out on the road with the dealer’s overpriced repairs.

If I could leave 6 stars I would as these guys are GREAT! I have sought the services of Casey Automotive a couple times now and will continue to use them. Admittedly, it is intimidating as a woman, walking into a mechanic as you can feel like a lamb strolling into a lions den. The crew at Casey is professional, honest & non-patronizing. They will tell you what needs to be done for your safety & what you can postpone. They take the time to explain, as well as show you, what is urgent and why.
I have never felt over-charged, misled or taken advantage of.

Was kept in the loop as far as problems with the car, everything was explained in detail. Which I appreciated, the expense was on the high side. That’s expected with a BMW. The car drives and feels better than before which is great relief. They did great work.

As a female, I have come to trust the advice and suggestions made by management as to repairs needed on my car. I appreciate their honesty. The mechanics and techs do a great job and my car is repaired within the time estimated. I also appreciate the shuttle service they provide. I would highly recommend them to other females who have experienced being ripped off by other auto repair providers who try to take advantage of them because they think women don't know about cars!
