Needed to deposit a $ 100,000 check at noon today. Two men in suits..maybe a manager told us to come back in 35 minutes because the bank teller was a lunch. We asked if they could do this deposit since it was a large amount. They flat out refused! How is this possible? These two " managers" are LAZY and should be fired. WORST BANK SERVICE EVER!

If I can give them - stars I would. The bankers are very unprofessional and condescending. Went in for an appointment @12 waited 15 mins and left nobody cared about my time or asked why I’m waiting. Horrible customer service, Good luck this branch doesn’t have much time left with this type service.

Horrible horrible service.They are only nice when you open a new account. Once the account is open and you have issue/question- you are on your own. They alway gave me 1-800 number. Never helped with the issue. I have been going to branch for past 5 months with the account t but no resolution. Every time I was sent back with the same answer that it should be fix in 9-10 days.Horrible horrible service.I recommend to use credit unions instead of Citibank.

This is my 2nd time actually coming to the branch to grab money from my account. Today was payday for me at one of my 2 jobs. Because I lost my debit card I had to go inside the branch to a teller. I showed my DL and they asked me a few questions. She asked me for my mothers maiden name I told the illiterate teller she claimed that's not what they have on file. Ask I told her that's my mother if you have anything other than what I'm telling you than it's something wrong with your system. She tells me that I would need to talk with manager an order to get my money from my account. At this point I'm livid and would like to talk to a manager so that I can close my account out as I dont even wanna do business with these bank foreigners.... they need to just close the entire bank up bc it's always an issue with these people..

Tried almost ten times but couldn’t book an appointment online, called three times but never got to talk. When I went there I told them that I want to open an account without SSN but their website and phone just didn’t work at all, and the first thing they nicely told me was to make an appointment. Alright, after I choose to waited there for almost one hour, I was rejected in five mins because I had no SSN yet. I was a client of Citibank from my home country for years, but they didn’t let me to open an account. I finally found another bank that willing to let me open an account. Let me be customer of other bank, I guess that’s what they want.

Can’t even remember the last time I wrote a review. We arrived at the bank at 12:25pm, 35 minutes BEFORE closing time at 1. We walked in and sat the the Banker Waiting area for more than 30min and in that time another customer arrived, sitting in the area as well. The front reception clerk walks up to her and asks what she needs and goes back to her desk. Ignores us completely. 15 min later at 12:58 she comes up to us and asks if we need to see a banker, if we have an appointment because they’re closed. I tell her, we’ve been waiting here for 30min waiting to speak to a banker and no one told us anything. She goes to say “did you go up to the clerks”. I say no I’m sitting in the banker waiting area to speak to a banker. There’s no sign up sheet or any signs saying we need an appointment to speak to a banker. She goes on to say “maybe I was on the phone”. And offered us an appointment for Monday.Complete unprofessional and unorganized Citi Bank. Way to waste my time on a Saturday.
