Great 1st time experience with the scalp therapy session! Quyen is professional and knowledgeable about her products! With my busy lifestyle my scalp has never seen treatment like that before lol
My scalp felt clean and refreshed. My hair was left so soft! I always highlight/color treat my hair. I also have fine curly hair and her products were strong yet gentle enough to leave my scalp/hair feeling clean, but soft and healthy!

I’ve been coming here for years, and when my mother moved in with me, I bring her with for a manicure. Mother has dementia and the staff is just so thoughtful and respectful towards her and treats her with such kindness. Not only do they do a good job but they are so good with my mom as well. I’m just so grateful for their compassion and understanding. Great establishment!

The best nail place and spa! They are so much more than a place to get your nails done. They have so many services and their techs are top tier like all the products they use ☺️ I have been going to them for over 20 years. The owner Quyen is absolutely an incredible person who takes pride in her business. She holds a high quality of integrity and wants her customers to always be happy with their service. I absolutely love it here ❤️

Paid $95 for these acrylics, first time getting my nails done in a year. Tried this place, thought it was more of a spa and that they would do a nice job. Asked for coffin and French tip. The guy was really nice, didn’t speak too much English. He was a beginner, there’s not an apex on it at all. Which is fine people have to learn, but I shouldn’t have paid that price for what I got. Photo is when I first got them done 7 days ago. Video is today.

MJ my nail tech is the best if all the rest….she does my pedicure, dipped nails and eyebrows. She is fantastic my nails and feet and eyebrows always look great

What a total disappointment! I went in super excited after a recommendation to get my nails done for a special Mother’s Day dinner… and I left with a terrible experience. My nails turned out horrible: no shape, not square at all, the French was badly done, and they didn’t even come close to the inspiration photo I showed.
There was no attention to detail — it honestly felt like it was too much for them to just file and shape the nails properly. The service was lacking, and I seriously don’t understand how this place has a good reputation. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I won’t be coming back. Super disappointed.
I didn’t even bother staying to complain or have them fix it, because honestly, I didn’t have time to waste.

I love coming here because MJ always does a great job. She always answers my questions and helps pick out something that will look great on my nails. She takes her time when working with you and it is really a relaxing experience

Creative Nails and Spa offers top-notch services, from manicures and pedicures to facials and lashes. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened over 25 years ago. Quyen, the owner, is truly a miracle worker—she has boosted my confidence with beautiful lashes and improved my skincare. The entire staff is incredible .

I have been going to Creative Beauty Spa for over 2 years now and everyone is very professional and friendly. Tracy has been doing my nails for some time now and I am always happy with her work. For the 4th of July holiday I gave her free reins to do whatever she wanted and I absolutely LOVE how she did my nails this time! Thank you Tracy, you are the best!!!!!
