Just had to let you know what a good job Anderson did for me. I was in a desperate situation with my phone and went to my go to Cricket store for help. Anderson understood the problem I was having and was determined to solve it. Anderson is very knowledgeable, patient and doesn't give up. Anderson is an asset to Cricket !

Worst customer service ever. There is a red head in there that simply does not know what she was doing. I was trying to ask questions about the different plans and the differences between devices and she was more consumed with being on her phone. Not to mention when I walked in the store there was noone in there and after about 10 minutes she finally came in after her smoke. What a joke!
