This is a company that has a huge heart, generous and committed to service. They were in the Bartlett area removing snow. I asked them to help my neighbors who are in their 80s and Done-Rite jumped right in. It was done right and they went above and beyond. I am grateful for their service and values.

Did not do a good job on 3 driveways. The seal coating was so thin. it was diluted, so they can pressurize it through the nozzle. They claimed this is a good way to do seal coat. They did it so fast. When I asked them it is too thin, if they can do another coat. They claimed they can do this from the nozzle controller adjustment inside the truck and requested extra money after we agreed on the initial price. They were not honest. They were here a very short time, didn’t fill the cracks and claimed it will look like this with scars. All the moss were growing in the cracks because the materials they used was very thin and it did look good. I felt I paid extra money, so I can get them to do the right job. Not satisfied with the work. After 2 weeks the driveways do not look good as if they were not coated at all. I did some search on the net and it was suggested not spray driveways with this materials because it is so thin. They suggested to do it by hands. Now I need to do it again after I paid them lot of money.

Tony & his team arrived on time, did a very detailed job removing my old driveway & installing the new asphalt. His crew was very determine to meet all my requirements. Not at all happy with the seal coating that was done. They were here a very short time, didn’t fill any cracks and it just doesn’t look good. Very unhappy. When we called to ask about it, we were told that’s how it is when you have a lot of cracks. We understand it won’t look new, but now it looks old with tar over it. We’ve had another company do it before and it looked good. We unfortunately went with this company and it seems they water down the tar too much to save money. Now we need to call someone else in to fix the poor job this company did. Rethink this company.

Contacted them in May. Never heard back so I followed up and they quoted a reasonabe price with a 5 week lead time. 9 weeks later the work has not been done. Follow up calls to the company have given the same response- " "We should be out this week or next" I was never given a firm date. Latest phone call was not returned.

Excellent company. Did a fantastic job in putting in an entirely new driveway. I would recommend them without hesitation. Great crew.

Done-Rite did a great job on my small project (asphalt driveway extension). They showed up on time and were very courteous. Price was very reasonable.

Best work you can find! Had my lot done by done-rite, did it quickly and most importantly did a great job for a good price.
