Debi's Designs had great reviews and I placed my order on-line with them. Website was very easy to navigate and the beautiful floral arrangement was delivered in the timeframe that that I chose. If you're old enough to remember when businesses used to be focused on taking care of the customer, providing the best possible product at a fair price and owner's using their expertise to provide exceptional service to the community, then you know how hard it is to find those places these days. This is one of those places. If you're young enough to have grown up in a world of apps and loyalty programs that only care about bugging you with ads and providing the cheapest product at the highest price they can get away with, then you need to try Fresh & Silk and experience what great customer experience can and should be. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars.
